Bought some fencing recently for home installation. Fencing arrived when promised nothing missing. Only learning point would be to check fence posts size matches the ground spike, it was too easy to get the wrong size like I did. Otherwise a great experience.

It would have been 5. I've just discovered that one of the fence panels (3ft x 6ft) is not up to the same excellent standard as the others. Bit of warping on slats and it had been pinned straight through a knot in one of the laths, and therefore had split it, reducing the strength of the panel end.
Shame as ordering, pricing and delivery were excellent.

Products doesn’t mach photos. I ordered Forest Pressure Treated Lap
Fence Panels and quality is absolutely horrible. Should have saved money and bought from b&q but I wanted better quality ones. Don’t waste your time because it doesn’t look like in photos it’s very light, and wood is with spikes, not the same material as in photos showed…( delivery guy was lovely 10/10).update: after chatting with them I can return items if I haven’t used it. If I decide to return it there might be a re-stocking charge… in the end I do not recommend unless you like cheapies products for higher price…

I wish I had read the reviews before I dealt with this company. Greenhouse delivered a week ago minus fixings. Delivery driver rang the office and asked to ensure fixings sent urgently. Still not arrived despite a phone call to chase and an email. Just rang again. Agent took name and postcode, asked how she could help and when I said there should be a note on my record... asked for the name and post code again and kept trying to pretend she could not hear me. Then when I shouted told me to stop shouting - was obviously playing a game of lets annoy a complaining customer even more. The product itself is of poor quality, not impressed by it and the customer service non existent. Don't buy from these people.

Delivery took an age to come, I think over 3 weeks in the end, even though the product was in stock.
I got the Forest 6'x6' Double Slatted panels, looks good in the pictures, in reality the slats are warped and cracked. I have ended up having to source replacements for my customer now and waste time going back to change them when they arrive.
If I could post pictures to show how bad they are I would.

I recently bought pressure treated fences, multiple fences were broken and terrible quality and didn't resemble the pictures at all.

All good. Delivery time take little bit longer as out of stock but no email or call recived.

Excellent service and delivery. Bought Kyoto fence panels x8 perfect condition when delivered.. very well priced compared to other companies.. would definitely recommend.. totally happy customer
